New York Townhouse
New York has a variety of elegant areas, however, the east side of Manhattan from 5th Avenue to Madison Ave has some of the most desireable addresses in the city. We have just completed the renovation of a five story townhouse with a total of 9000 sq ft located in the 80's between 5th & Madison. This residence was completely gutted and rebuilt to the exact specifications and design provided by GF55 Architects. Construction took over one year to complete. The renovation included building three kitchens: the main kitchen, the Butlers Pantry, and the 2nd Floor Warming kitchen with a dumbwaiter connecting the 1st floor kitchen with the 2nd floor warming kitchen. A total of nine bathrooms were constructed, with five bedrooms, family room, dining room, bar room, and a complete media room and exercise room in the basement. The project included custom cabinetry on all floors, a variety of stone for the bathrooms, kitchens, and entry foyer.
