From the very beginning we developed relationships with some very talented architects who specialized in the residential market. In 1990, Hesco Construction received national recognition with the Grand Award for Period Restoration by the Professional Builder and Remodeler Magazine for a renovation of a Brooklyn townhouse. We constructed loft apartments in Tribecca and SoHo, renovated lavish 5th and Park Avenue apartments, remodeled several apartments in the luxurious Trump International Building at One Central Park West with spectacular panoramas of Central Park from the vantage point of a 52 story building, and recently completed the combining of two apartments on the 43rd floor of the new Trump Buildings on the West Side complete with 180 degree vistas of the Hudson River. We have developed a wide range of experience and a level of craftsmanship that is difficult to match in the New
